Delmonico Kitchen & Bar opened its doors in August of 2010. Since its inception, the restaurant has consciously evolved to meet the need of its patrons. As a locally-owned restaurant located in a boutique hotel (Bayview Hotel, Tumon), our restaurant services tourists, locals and military residents alike.
Our restaurant can best be described as sophisticatedly simple. We consider our menu to be as diverse as the customers we service on a daily basis. Our specialty is steak first and foremost. For those who are non-meat eaters, we have a large selection of salads, pastas and seafood that will suit your dietary lifestyle. If you are looking for something specific that you can’t find on our menu, please do not hesitate to ask to see the chef, and if we have the ingredients, we would be more than happy to accommodate you.
Delmonico is open daily, and serves lunch and dinner. In addition to a variety of foods and desserts, enjoy our full-service bar for happy hour cocktails or after dinner nightcaps. We offer our island-famous “Feasting Platters” for large parties looking to celebrate and have a memorable family-style dinner.
